Dignified Disability Care

Dignified Disability Care provides person-centric disability support services aimed at enhancing each individual’s independence, desires and freedoms. We support NDIS Participants to achieve their goals with:

              • Supported Independent Living (SIL)
              • Community nursing
              • Community participation (school, hobbies, sports, etc)
              • Respite care
              • Light household duties and meal preparation.

Supported Independent Living

Dignified Disability Care provides 24/7 disability support services for Supported Independent Living (SIL) and Community Participation.

We provide services both in-home and in the community to NDIS Participants and people with disabilities who are non-NDIS funded.  Along with Supported Independent Living (SIL) services, Dignified also provide Respite and Community Participation support.

Our supports are provided with the understanding of each individual’s value and worth, ensuring their dignity and respect underpins our staff selection and service delivery.

Dignified’s supports teams are carefully selected and trained to deliver highly-skilled, professional and dignified supports.  We provide services for people requiring up to high physical supports across a 24/7 roster, and for people who may only need a few hours per week for in-home and community participation supports.

We have access to SIL accommodation through our network of partner accommodation providers, and can work with participants that are also seeking SIL or SDA accommodation supports.

                  • try new things
                  • make friends and
                  • develop skills to achieve their goals.
