Every day Dignified Disability Care supports NDIS participants to engage within the community, with a variety of social supports. This might be as simple as going to the local coffee, grocery shopping, or scheduling local appointments. 

Dignified creates a pathway to ensure that every activity develops life skills to enable our participants to grow, stay connected to their community, and have a sense of belonging.

At Dignified Disability Care, we encourage and assist participants to engage in volunteer activities to try new abilities while gaining work experience. relish brand-new encounters in culture and society and in turn create confidence and personal growth. As a result of volunteering, you can benefit from improved physical and emotional health, according to studies.

Community Participation 

At Dignified Disability Care we’re here to support your independence and help you reach your objectives as an NDIS-licensed provider of disability support services. 

Based in South East Queensland we offer a variety of supported housing services, community programming, and in-home supports. 

Dignified recognises that it can be challenging to determine what supports you require or what services you qualify for under the NDIS, it only takes one phone call to help you get started. 

At Dignified Disability Care, our mission is to support you in reaching your unique objectives in a welcoming environment. With the assistance of our knowledgeable and caring staff, you’re sure to meet new people, gain useful skills, and have a fantastic time.  

Our activity opportunities offer you an interesting and fulfilling experience for those over 16 yrs of age and ability because they combine adventure and capacity building.  

Our Disability Day Programs in South East Queensland are available to those with NDIS funding and are designed to help people gain confidence when participating in social activities and community activities.
